Who we are

NoBeep is a missed-call voicemail service from Duck & Shark. These terms cover your use of NoBeep, this website and our demo lines.

Your free trial

Trials last 14 days. We ask for a card to start so trials go to real businesses. Nothing is charged until day 15. If you cancel before then, you pay nothing.

If you don't cancel, your plan renews monthly (or yearly, if you chose that) at the price shown when you signed up, until you cancel.

Plans, calls and extra charges

Each plan includes a number of calls per month. We tell you at 80% and 100% of your allowance. Extra calls are billed at the posted rate only within the limit you set, or you can upgrade. Unused calls don't roll over.

Setup fees, when they apply, are shown before you pay. Add-ons are billed monthly from the end of your trial if you keep them.

Canceling

Cancel anytime online at nobeep.co/cancel, the same way you signed up, or by telling us. Service runs to the end of the period you've paid for. We switch NoBeep off and give you the steps to disconnect it from your phone. Your phone number always stays yours.

What NoBeep does and doesn't do

NoBeep answers calls you miss, takes messages, answers questions from the information you give it, and takes the actions your plan includes. It is not an emergency service. It does not give legal, medical or safety advice, and it does not make commitments on your behalf beyond what you've set up.

Automated systems make mistakes. Check your notes, and tell us if NoBeep gets something wrong so we can fix it.

Your responsibilities

You're responsible for the information you give NoBeep, for following the laws that apply to your business (including any notice your callers need about recording or automated assistance), and for getting permission before asking NoBeep to call or text anyone.

Don't use NoBeep for unlawful, harassing or deceptive calls or texts.

Calls and texts from us

If you agreed, we may call or text you, including with automated calls and texts, about your trial, setup and account, and separately about tips and offers if you opted in. Reply STOP to any text to opt out, or HELP for help. Message and data rates may apply. Agreeing is never a condition of buying.

Demo lines

Our demo lines play made-up businesses. Please don't share private or sensitive information on a demo call. Demo calls are recorded and may be used to follow up with you if you ask us to, and to improve NoBeep.

Limits

NoBeep is provided as is. To the extent the law allows, our total liability for any claim is limited to what you paid us in the three months before it, and we aren't liable for lost profits or indirect losses.

We may update these terms. If a change matters, we'll tell you before it takes effect.
